Responsibility:
• Be able to handle accounts and general admin duties and work independently
• Be able to maintain proper document records and filing
• Capable of handling daily accounting entries-AP, AR, GL Bank reconciliation, generate payments run and vendors reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, project costing, create an expense report, etc
• Support the General Manager in budgeting and forecasting
• Process reimbursement claims
• Maintain employee medical claims records and annual leave
• Attend to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Preparation and submission of GST, Tax clearance, and others
• Support auditing
• Ability to follow SOP and meet deadline
• Deliver on-set objectives and KPIs on time
• Participating in system implementation and enhancements
• Company will access according to your capability to adjust your job description
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity or position
• An advantage to have experience in maintaining full set of accounts using MS Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and possess good initiative
• Meticulous, with an eye for details
• Able to work independentlyHigh degree of accuracy, analytical and meticulous
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines
• Independent as well as a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Available within short notice
Responsibility:
• Conduct research and analysis on both public and private companies
• Able to execute deep-dive research, financial modelling and due diligence on companies and industries to generate investment ideas
• Write comprehensive research reports to support investment recommendations
• Present investment ideas to the portfolio management team
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and other ad-hoc internal or external presentations
• Attend earnings calls / management meetings
• Assist in market / industry / macro-economic research
• Support the team in portfolio management or investment-related work/projects
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Excellent financial modelling and analysis skills is a pre-requisite
• Excellent communication skills and writing skills
• Strong in Mandarin (both written and verbal) would be an advantage
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment with the team yet able to work independently
• Someone with a high level of self-motivation as you will be working in a high stress working environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Bloomberg
• Candidate with bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred
• Fresh Grads / Experience hire are welcome
Responsibility:
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
• File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Make travel arrangements and follow-up closely on schedule
• Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Implement new procedures and administrative policies
• Assist in the implementation of corporate strategies by ensuring that the board’s decisions are properly carried out and communicated
• Deliver on-set objectives and KPIs on time
• Provide support in all aspects of secretariat and compliance, participate in new initiatives and ad-hoc projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:
• Possess at least a Bachelor with Corporate Secretarial qualification
• At least 5 years Corporate Secretariat Experience
• Prior experience in leading a team is preferred
• Conscientious and meticulous, good organisational skills, able to work independently and well under pressure
• Proactive and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including using Excel and Word
• Candidates must have a good command of English. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to provide corporate secretarial support for Mandarin speaking counterparts
